“Take the best ingredients and prepare them in the simplest way.” At Wirtshaus Zum Kaswurm, enjoy a selection of delicious dishes prepared perfectly by Christine Kaswurm. High quality and regionality are our top priority: At our restaurant in Radstadt, we serve outstanding products from Austria’s most famous culinary regions, along with organic foods from our own farm.



Traditional Pongau specialties, practically forgotten elsewhere, take their rightful place on our menu along with typical Austrian dishes. As a certified herbalist, Christine Kaswurm refines her dishes with herbs from the forest, meadows and garden.



We are delighted by the recognition we received in “Salzburger GenussWirt 2009” and “Salzburger GenussBauernhof 2013”, taking this as added motivation to continue to treat you to magical meals featuring our own organic ingredients as well as exceptional products from other regions.

In keeping with the time of year we create exquisite menus featuring seasonal foods, including during our popular “Autumnal Enjoyment Weeks”. We are also happy to host your Christmas party at our restaurant. On New Year’s Eve, we will serve you exclusive dishes in a festive atmosphere, allowing you to welcome in the New Year in befitting fashion.

Kaswurm Weekly Program
  • Thursday: roast pork, spare ribs and pork knuckle (by advance order)
  • Friday: fish day (by advance order)
  • Saturday: menu day (gourmet menus as posted) – We will surprise you with magical meals featuring the very best Austrian ingredients (reservations required)
  • Sunday: Family Meal– eating as a shared experience. The soup is served, the meal is set out in bowls and serving dishes. Concludes with cold or warm dessert.
